Personal Profile

I am a highly experienced and professional Senior Occupational Health Nurse with over thirty years experience in many aspects of Occupational Health, and until September 2008 I was employed by a Blue Chip company in the North West of England. Most of my experience in Stress Management can be attributed to my role within this business, as well as my academic studies at the Manchester Metropolitan University. My role in presenting stress workshops and sessions, took me to the business locations within the UK and Europe, as well as providing two “good neighbour” sessions for BNFL Capenhurst, in Cheshire, and an awareness session for nurses at the Manchester Metropolitan University.

I am strongly customer focused, with excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. I am a highly motivated individual who is genuinely interested and respectful of client and customers' needs.

I have been a member of the International Stress Management Association UK since 2003.
